By accessing and playing Unpuzzled at unpuzzle.entrext.in, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our game.

2. Description of Service

Unpuzzled is a free-to-play, browser-based physics puzzle game that includes:

  • Single-player puzzle challenges
  • Multiplayer race mode via peer-to-peer connections
  • Bridge building simulation

3. User Conduct

When using Unpuzzled, you agree to:

  • Use appropriate player names in multiplayer mode
  • Not attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the game
  • Not use automated scripts or bots
  • Treat other players with respect in multiplayer sessions

4. Intellectual Property

All content in Unpuzzled, including but not limited to:

  • Game mechanics and level designs
  • Graphics, animations, and visual elements
  • Code and software
  • The Unpuzzled name and logo

are the property of Entrext and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Game Progress

Your game progress is stored locally in your browser. We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of progress due to clearing browser data
  • Progress not syncing across different devices or browsers
  • Data loss due to browser updates or changes

6. Multiplayer Connections

Multiplayer functionality uses peer-to-peer technology. By using multiplayer mode, you understand that:

  • Your IP address may be visible to other players in your session
  • Connection quality depends on your and other players' internet connections
  • We do not moderate or monitor multiplayer sessions

7. Third-Party Services

Unpuzzled relies on third-party services including PeerJS, Cloudflare, and Supabase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Unpuzzled is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free gameplay
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers
  • That the game will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of Unpuzzled.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Unpuzzled after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to Unpuzzled for any user who violates these terms or engages in behavior we deem harmful to the game or other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
